E-Learning to increase the quality and efficiency of performance reviews

Together with the HR team of the OSCE HQ in Vienna, we storyboarded and developed 11 self-paced online courses. These modules focus on training +3500 staff globally to increase their level of soft skills to conduct performance conversations, both from the manager and staff point of view, as well as the skills to navigate the new HR performance management software and process. We created over 20 hours of highly interactive training and assessments in 3 months.
