E-Learning to enable people who were fired during COVID to start their own business.

This project focussed on the re-employment of people in Barbados who were fired due to the impact of the COVID-pandemic in 2020. We fully designed and developed 2 e-Learning tracks on Entrepreneurship and OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) to enhance people’s employability with sought-after skills and knowledge. We converted 200+ PPT slides into Storyline modules with narration, real-life scenarios, activities, workbooks and unique illustrations.

For this endeavour, we collaborated with the ILO Office of the Caribbean and Ministry of Labour and Social Partnership Relationships (MLSP) for content design and the National Training Institute for the implementation of the two tracks. As of today, 3000 people have participated in this programme.
